Please join us for Managing the Supply Chain with QAD in San Jose, CA.

This course is designed to cover the basics of preparing to implement the Supply Chain Planning functions of QAD Enterprise Applications. The course includes:

  • Exterior San JoseAn introduction to the Purchasing module
  • An overview of key business issues
  • Set up of Supply Chain Data including Supplier Pricing
  • Set up and Processing Discrete Purchase Orders
  • Set up and Processing Blanket Orders and Global Requisitions
  • Set up and Processing of Supplier Schedules and Subcontract
  • Review of Supplier Performance module
  • Introduction to the Supply Chain Portal
  • Activities and exercises throughout the course let students practice key concepts and processes in the Purchase Order module

By the end of this course students should learn how to:

  • Analyze some key business decisions before setting up the Purchase Order module
  • Set up and operate the Purchase Order module

COURSE START TIME:  9:00 AM each day
Continental Breakfast served at 8:30 AM each day
Lunch will also be provided each day
COURSE END TIME:  4:00 – 5:00 PM each day (depending on how quickly material is covered) and 4:00 PM on last day.
