How do I register for a class? top

To register for a class visit the events page on our training page and register for the class you are interested in.

What forms of payment do you accept? top

We accept major US credit cards or alternatively a PO from your company.

Are course materials included in the course price? top

Materials are included in our public classroom training sessions. Materials are usually purchased separately for private training classes.

Are lunch and other meals provided with training? top

Yes, Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack are provided with our public classroom training courses.

Are there special hotel rates for courses requiring travel? top

Yes, check with training@strategic.com for our recommended hotels.

How do I organize a Private Training Event? top

Contact us at training@strategic.com to arrange a brief call to discuss your training needs. Once your training needs and objectives are properly understood and documented we will provide you with an estimate to provide your standard or customized training course on-site.

Where can I get scheduling and pricing information for a specific class? top

You can find scheduling and pricing information on the events section of our website or you can call or email Strategic for assistance.

Where is my class located and when does it start? top

The class location and start time are indicated in your Training Confirmation e-mail letter. More information can be found on our training website.

How can I confirm that my class is running as scheduled? top

Any changes to your class registration will be communicated to you via e-mail and/or phone. Details regarding your class can be found on your Training Confirmation e-mail that you should have received shortly after registering. Unless you received a Class Cancellation e-mail, please plan to attend your class as scheduled.

What is your class cancellation policy? top

Cancellations are subject to a charge of 25% of your registration fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event cannot be refunded. Substitutions may be made at anytime. SIG reserves the right to cancel the course with insufficient attendees. Strategic is not responsible for travel cancellation costs.

How can I find out if a specific course is being offered? top

All our courses with the most updated schedules are posted on the Strategic Training website. If you have a specific question or concern on a course, email training@strategic.com.

How will I know that my registration has been confirmed? top

An email registration confirmation will arrive shortly after you submit your registration with more information on the upcoming course.
