Santa Barbara, CA — January 17, 2007 — Strategic Information Group (Strategic) announces the scheduling of our popular training course: Overview of QAD Service and Support. This three-day overview of QAD Service and Support is an application intensive course that covers the entire standard product offering of the Service Support Management Module. The course is planned for Tuesday February 20 through Thursday February 22 in Irvine, California. The class will be led by Don Lindsey one of the foremost educators and experts on the SSM module.

The course focus is on conducting Service and Support in a day to day environment. Through a combination of lecture, demonstration, attendees will acquire a basic understanding of QAD’s Service and Support module, how and when each function could be used, and how they interrelate to the rest of QAD Operations and Finance.

The intended audience for this course includes Customer Service Managers and Representatives, Field Service Engineers, Contracts Warranties Managers, After-Market Managers, even Master Schedulers and MRP Planners. This course would benefit all users required to have a working knowledge of QAD’s Service and Support functionality.
