- Extend your product warranty so you can rest assured that your standard software product continues to perform in accordance with the functionality specified in it's Product User Documentation
- Ensure your QAD product continues to be compatible with the current and future releases of QAD Enterprise Applications and/or Arena, Agile, WMS, etc. as is appropriate.
- Provide bug fixes and software patches
- Access to the latest version of software
Your Software support coverage does not include...
- Any customizations or modifications performed on the software by you or by any person hired by you - including SIG personnel - at your request. (Should you have any problems with your customized or modified software, we can assist you on a time and materials basis).
- Over-the-phone QAD consulting or training. Should you need consulting assistance or additional training on using products, we can provide you a quote for those services.
