The ERP Toolkit offers customizable calendar, pivot, list, and iframe portlets for powerful dashboard visualizations, all based on saved searches. Pre-built options like invoices due and cash forecasts are included, with easy configuration—no development needed.
Finance and Intercompany Tools
Accounting teams benefit from streamlined intercompany and journal processes within the ERP Toolkit. Automatic balancing of intercompany journals eliminates the need for manual adjustments, while intercompany bank transfer functionality simplifies the movement of funds across subsidiaries. For tighter financial controls, premium functionality also includes the ability to exclude restricted accounts from journal entry screens, preventing compliance issues before they occur.
Productivity Enhancements
To simplify day-to-day operations, the ERP Toolkit includes features such as user-role-based delete buttons, improved record copying, prebuilt searches, custom roles, and tools for managing scripts and transaction counts. Additionally, standard field and segment mapping ensures compliance across header and line-level data entry. Premium users also gain sticky headers, making large record entry more user-friendly.

With built-in automation tools, the ERP Toolkit reduces the need for manual imports and data cleanup. External IDs can be set automatically on records after creation or update, while mass update and edit functionality enables bulk changes that trigger workflows or scripts without relying on file imports. Mass delete features allow administrators to clean up test or obsolete data in a controlled way, and in the premium edition, saved searches can be published as RESTful services to make reporting more accessible across systems.
