With over 15 years of experience in auditing, financial control, performance management, and corporate finance, Folake has worked across banking, financial audit, and consulting with firms like PwC and BCG in Africa, Europe, and North America. A CFA Charterholder and FCCA-certified professional, she holds a BA in Accounting and Management from the University of Reading and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Passionate about driving growth in private equity-backed firms, she has served as CFO for multiple PE-backed companies, including Sigma Pensions (Actis PE UK) and Helix Technology Partners (Alpine Investors, Evergreen). She joined Evergreen in 2023 and, following her success at Helix, transitioned to SIG in August 2024 to leverage her strategic financial expertise in driving business success.
