With external approval workflows, designated approvers without NetSuite access can review, approve or reject transactions via email. Delegate approval authority and send approval requests by email. This can reduce approval delays in the quote-to-cash cycle and help eliminate the need to provision NetSuite licenses for external approvers who need approval authority but not full platform access.
