Their insights and passion have been instrumental in the success of top consulting and manufacturing companies across North America, and beyond.
Suzy brings over 30 years of audit, financial management, operations management, and supply chain management to Strategic, as well as hands-on consulting experience in her role as a key member of Strategic’s management team. Suzy achieved triple certification in QAD in 1998, and has been actively involved in the community ever since, providing implementation and consulting services, training, and presales support. While she is focused on Life Sciences, Automotive, and Industrial companies, Suzy thrives on assisting active and prospective customers of all kinds to envision the myriad of ways in which QAD Enterprise Applications can help them become a more effective enterprise.
Suzy joined Strategic in 2011 as a Solutions Architect and was promoted to Director of Solutions Architecture in 2015. She began her new role as President in 2021. Previous roles include CFO/COO of an international sourcing company, Business Unit Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Plant Controller, and various consulting and accounting positions.
Suzy received her Bachelor of Science in Commerce from The University of Virginia. She is a frequent presenter at regional QAD Customer events and participates in the annual QAD Explore user conference.
Chris brings over 25 years of expertise to the manufacturing and QAD ERP consulting landscape. His journey began during the Y2K era, where he played a pivotal role in implementing QAD as a user within the data communications field. From there, Chris led implementations across diverse sectors, including contract manufacturing and electronics engineer-to-order facilities. From those early days, Chris has been at the forefront of driving transformative change.
His career trajectory then shifted toward hands-on consulting, where he made significant contributions to the automotive, industrial, and life sciences industries. In various roles, including project and program management, Chris spearheaded global initiatives, ensuring seamless ERP system implementations and driving operational excellence.
Notably, Chris also delved into the software development industry, further enriching his skill set. His deep understanding of both technical and operational aspects uniquely positions him to navigate complex challenges.
In September 2017, Chris joined Strategic Information Group as the Director of Consulting, then Vice President of Consulting Operations in January 2022 and now Senior Vice President of Global Operations where his leadership supports the company’s growth.
Mike is a key contributor to Strategic Information Group’s senior management team with the responsibility of leading Strategic’s international sales team. He brings over 25 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software and services, with special focus on Automotive, Industrial, and Life Sciences companies. Mike’s professional experience has been dedicated to servicing customers in the QAD community and has done so for over 15 years.
Mike joined Strategic in 2013 as the Director of Sales. He is a seasoned operations and sales manager for software and consulting firms, serving in leadership roles that include Senior Account Executive, VP of Sales, and General Manager for another QAD channel partner. Early in his career, Mike held the position of Operations Manager for a leading manufacturer of automotive components.
Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Packaging from Michigan State University and his MBA in Management from Wayne State University. He takes an active role in QAD User Groups, participates in the QAD Explore customer conference, and appears at targeted industry conferences.
Tim leads Strategic’s Global Customer Engagement Team and brings over 24 years of QAD ERP and solution development experience. Tim has deep industry experience with a proven track record of helping companies maximize their investments in QAD and related information technologies. Tim has a finance background where he held various positions for global manufacturing companies such as General Dynamics, Lear, and Mayflower Vehicle Systems.
Tim joined Strategic in 2015 as a Director of Consulting Services and was promoted to Vice President of Consulting Services in 2017. In 2021, Tim developed the Strategic Customer Engagement Team to focus on business development and support our growth and expansion strategies.
Rabaut holds a Bachelors’ degree in Financial Administration from Michigan State University and studied Business Law and European Economics at Erasmus University in the Netherlands. Tim sits on the Midwest User Group Board of Directors and is very active in the QAD community.
